Family house Zdiměřice is a three-storey, partially basement building. The floor plan is L-shaped, the total dimensions of the 1st floor are 30 x 21m, the 2nd floor consists of an extension with floor plan dimensions of 12.3 x 4.5m.
The vertical load-bearing structures of the house are designed in brick blocks, the wall pillars are designed in reinforced concrete. The walls of the 1st floor are reinforced concrete. All horizontal load-bearing structures are reinforced concrete, monolithic.
