Family house Machova
The main motif of the architectural design of the family house and the garages set in the garden is their visual "disappearance" into the greenery by using vegetated roofs, vegetated walls, gabion walls and baskets covered and interspersed with greenery. The family house is designed with a T-shaped plan. The combination of materials consists of gabion masonry, vegetation walls and glazed walls, fitted with external screening black blinds and wooden elements - in particular a wooden deck. The layers for the vegetated roofs of both buildings are supported by a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The fencing will be a combination of solid and hollow gabion baskets, interspersed with greenery;

The load-bearing wall structures are made of sand-lime masonry and monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The house is opened with panoramic windows that connect the interior to the surrounding landscape, and a green roof crowns the top of the entire structure, providing greater energy efficiency and connection to nature. This project is further evidence of CENTRUM PROPERTY s.r.o.'s approach to architectural and construction innovation.
